Trading Cashback
How fee cashback accrues, where to claim it, and the rolling 7-day expiry window.
Who earns cashback
Trading cashback is a percentage of the platform fees you pay when you trade on Polyblock. It is tied to your Rewards account level, not your referral tier.
Beginner (0 points) earns 0% cashback. Cashback starts at Intermediate (20,000+ total points) with 2.5%, then increases at Pro and Expert. Your current rate is always shown on the Rewards page.
How it accrues
When you pay a platform fee on an eligible trade, a cashback accrual is recorded for your account. Accruals stack over time — for example, if you trade on Monday and again on Wednesday, both amounts add to your claimable balance until you claim or they expire.
Cashback is calculated from the fee amount at your level's percentage at the time of the trade. If you level up mid-week, new accruals use your new rate; older pending accruals keep the rate they were earned at.
Claiming cashback
Go to Rewards and use the Trading cashback card. When you have a claimable balance, tap Claim to credit USDC to your Polyblock custodial balance immediately.

- •What you receive — The full pending claimable amount in one click — credited to the same USDC balance you use to trade.
- •No minimum claim — You can claim any positive balance, even small amounts, before it expires.
Claimed cashback shows as paid in our ledger. It does not affect your points total or account level — only your spendable balance.
7-day rolling expiry
Unclaimed cashback uses a rolling 7-day expiry. Each accrual must be claimed within 7 days of when it was earned. After that, that accrual expires and can no longer be claimed.
Example
You earn $0.50 cashback on Monday and $0.30 on Thursday. The Monday accrual expires the following Monday if unclaimed; the Thursday accrual expires the following Thursday. Claiming on Friday pays out both amounts still within their windows.
Cashback by account level
All point types (trading, holding, referral) count toward your level. Cashback rates:
- •Beginner (0 pts) — 0% — no cashback yet
- •Intermediate (20,000 pts) — 2.5% of platform fees
- •Pro (60,000 pts) — 5% of platform fees
- •Expert (300,000 pts) — 10% of platform fees
