How Points Work
How trading, referral, and staking points are earned. Milestones and real-time updates.
Trading Points
You earn points when you place and settle trades on Polyblock. The exact amount per trade can depend on trade size, market type, and other factors as defined by the platform. Trading points are credited after the trade is executed and recorded.
Milestones
In addition to per-trade points, you can earn one-time milestone bonuses for achievements such as your first trade or reaching certain trading volume thresholds. These appear in your rewards breakdown and history when achieved.
Referral Points
When someone signs up using your referral code or link, you earn referral points. You may earn points for the signup and for qualifying activity (e.g. first trade) by referred users. The exact amounts and rules are described on the Referrals page.
Your total referral points are included in your overall Rewards total and in the "Referral Points" breakdown on the Rewards page. For tiers and bonus multipliers, see Referrals: Tiers & Rewards.
Staking Points
Holding an active staking position earns staking points for the duration of the stake. The more or longer you stake, the more staking points you accumulate. When a stake ends, it stops contributing to staking points. Staking points are shown separately in your rewards breakdown and contribute to your total and rank.

Milestones
Milestones are one-time point bonuses for reaching specific goals. Examples may include:
- •First trade — Bonus points for completing your first trade on the platform
- •Trade count milestones — e.g. after 10 trades
- •Volume milestones — e.g. after $100, $1,000, or $10,000 in trading volume
Once achieved, a milestone is marked as completed and its points are added to your total. The Rewards page shows which milestones you have achieved and which are still available.
Real-Time Updates
The Rewards page receives live updates when new points are awarded. After a trade, referral event, or staking update, your totals and breakdown will refresh without leaving the page. History and leaderboard may update shortly after.
If you do not see new points immediately, wait a few seconds or refresh. For disputes or missing points, contact support with your account and the activity in question.
